Our story begins 5 years ago when we first opened Ca Pepe in Moraira. We came to Spain with lots of experience – Alan having worked in some of London’s most prestigious restaurants and Sonia with a wealth of management experience. We had a dream of bringing our vision to life – a restaurant that gives locals (and holiday makers) the best locally sourced produce, imaginative dishes and something a little different, all at a great price which people can afford.
No one could have told us about the crazy ride of our lives we were about to embark on! Lots has happened since we first opened our doors … we have three crazy busy summers under our belt, excellent relationships with the best local suppliers and a fabulous customer base who have been incredibly supportive.
Five years on and our primary aim is still the same – to bring you the best quality food, made with the freshest seasonal produce, at great prices … all served in a relaxed and comfortable environment. A great place to enjoy a romantic dinner, catch up with friends or to bring all the family.
We offer a modern all day European a la carte menu and a lunchtime menu del dia. Sunday lunches are popular – serving the traditional roast in the autumn/winter/spring months and a BBQ with a twist during the summer. A children’s menu is also available. We have a cosy bar area if you just wanted to stop by for a drink. Our terrace is also open during the summer months.
Having gained his stripes at one of London’s most prestigious restaurants, The Ivy, Alan Jenkins is well known for his distinctive style and his use of only the freshest seasonal produce.
